Do you lead?
Rarely. We co-invest alongside funds we trust. We can connect you to leads in our network when it's a fit.
What happens after the wire?
We stay close to the team. The exact shape of our involvement varies per investment, it depends on the size of the check and the arrangements we make with the founders. Sometimes that means a board seat or observer rights, sometimes it's hands-on support around hiring, intros and the hard conversations. We don't take a board seat by default.
