FAQ
What if I don't have a workflow ready?
Then Hey Future isn't the right fit yet. The format depends on a workflow we can scope cleanly. Talk to us about an Advisory call first to figure out where AI would actually move the needle.
How fixed is the price?
Fully. Once the order confirmation is signed at the end of week one, the price doesn't move. Any change in scope goes through a written amendment.
What if we miss the deadline?
We won't. The whole format is built so we can't. If we somehow do, we refund the time. It hasn't happened.
Can you start next week?
Sometimes. Hey Future runs on slot availability, typically one to two parallel engagements. Ask us about the next available start date.
Need ongoing thinking after the build?
Advisory, recurring, not one-off
Once the four weeks land, advisory is how we stay in the room. Monthly working sessions or year-long operating partner.
Book
Tell us the workflow and the rough deadline. Same day we'll come back with a yes/no, a recommended scope, and the next available start date. We run one to two parallel engagements, so the next slot is usually a few weeks out.
