Masterclasses are an event, advisory is the relationship. We sit with your leadership team on a steady cadence, hold the AI roadmap together, and keep short lines on Slack, WhatsApp and the phone whenever something needs an honest second opinion.

Monthly working session
We sit down with your leadership team every month, on every front from strategy to product. We review what shipped, where AI moved the needle, and what to put in the next thirty days.

Between sessions
Async support on Slack or WhatsApp, strategic questions, hiring sanity-checks, vendor reviews, deal diligence on a build-vs-buy. Short lines when it matters: same-day on the urgent stuff, within two days for the rest.

Twelve-month review
Each year we run a written review of the engagement: what we shipped together, what didn't land, and whether we keep going. No automatic renewals.
Engagements start from €3,000 per month.

What's the difference vs a masterclass?
A masterclass is an event, one day, one workflow. Advisory is the relationship, monthly working sessions plus async cover, typically twelve months.
Do you take board seats?
Board observer is the default. We don't take voting seats unless there's a very specific reason.
How do you charge?
Flat retainer per month. We can scale up or down at the next monthly review.
